Cancellation of a confirmed reservation less than 14 days before the day of the run will result in forfeit of client's deposit (not to exceed $100). Cancellations beyond 14 days will be subject to a $12.00 processing fee. No-show policy: Failure by client to provide notice of cancellation prior to his/her designated pick-up time will result in a full charge of the reservation to client's credit card.
